An economy grows by relying on how successful the infrastructures in country have developed; hence construction firms play crucial role both developing and developed economies. Road industry provides returns to all stakeholders every through facilitation of means transport. The output projects is measured effective satisfying results from such benefits employer who contractor employee as well consumer. one most fatal industries worldwide due accidents recorded yearly. Though many countries established implemented safety programs, situation does not seem been mitigated for reason being annual reports are there often. right values cost elements inclusive welfare workers more so establish effect costs roads project. objective study included; examining training practices performance Kenya Urban Roads Authority Western region; Kenya. Descriptive Survey research design was adopted study. target population consisted employees Authority, Both descriptive inferential statistics focused computation done use SPSS version 24 order test primary data that collected satisfy objectives Pilot conducted Nairobi; Office were among sample find out validity reliability analysis Further, a regression equation model relationships between variables.
